Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall LEGGANCE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LEGGANCE and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania (Europe).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC:
We allow domestic returns/exchanges as long as they fall under our return/exchange guidelines. International customers please see below for more information.
You can create your return/exchange through our returns center here.
- For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, the cost of the return label is covered, as well as shipping costs on the new item, as we offer completely free exchanges!
- An item can be exchanged for any item available on our website.
- Please keep in mind that if you have more than one order to return or exchange, you’ll need to input your email into our Returns Center, and create a return/exchange for each order. You can then include all of your orders in one package as long as each order was selected through the Returns Center. Do not include orders not processed through our Returns Center in your package as they will NOT be processed. Please use the shipping label provided by our Returns Center for proper tracking to take place.
- If the item(s) requested on your exchange order is out of stock by the time USPS scans your return package, we will automatically refund your order once we inspect your return package.
- If the inventory is not available for an exchange request, we cannot send the original item back to the customer. No exceptions.
We only accept return/exchange items according to the following guidelines:
- All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of your order being shipped
- Clothing tags must still be intact*
- Clothing must be returned in original product bags
- Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
- Cannot have deodorant marks
- Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.)
- Cannot have human or animal hair
- Cannot have snagging/pilling
- Cannot have abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc)
- Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
- If your return package contains at least ONE item with biohazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc), our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, no exceptions. This is for the health and safety of our staff. The denied return package will be shipped back to the address we have on file.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded
- If the inventory is not available for an exchange request, we cannot send the original item back to the customer (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory)
- If you are outside of the United States, including Canada, we can only accept returns
- All undergarment sales are final for hygiene reasons. No exceptions.
*If the hang tag is detached from the item, please include the hang tag in the return package. If the hang tag is not included, the return will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL:
We allow international returns as long as they fall under our return guidelines.

We currently do not offer exchanges for international customers.

SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The shipping time shown at checkout, is automatically calculated by carrier. If they say it's 2 day shipping, they mean that is the minimum amount of days it can arrive to you. If you live within a couple hours away from our shipping centers, then that is an accurate time, otherwise further locations require longer shipping times.
We usually fulfill orders within 2-3 business days of them being placed. During our launches, we receive thousands of orders an hour, so our team will work as fast as possible to get your order out right away. If you place your order during a launch day, please expect a longer shipping time.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. If you are shipping overseas, your country's customs department may contact you about a tax required for your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your country's imposed tax and additional fees. We have no control over that tax/fee, as it is country specific. We highly recommend checking with your country's import laws before ordering.
Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is correct or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
SECTION 22 - PRODUCT MATERIAL AND SIZING
With every production of our items, we do our best to maintain the exact same quality, material, and sizing. As with any clothing manufacturer, there will always be subtle differences that we can't control in the manufacturing process, especially when we're constantly scaling into more and more large production quantities. We have quality assurance processes in place to prevent any defects, differences, and characteristics. We have a general tolerance of 5% with certain items, more specifically our seamless material items. We ask that if you think you received a defective item, to contact our customer service for further assistance. Our seamless leggings are not guaranteed to be "squat-proof" as there are too many variables that come into play during this analysis. Depending on which color seamless legging you choose, and how it's sized and adjusted, our leggings may or may not be "squat-proof". Generally speaking, if your leggings aren't "squat-proof" we recommend exchanging them for a darker color as the dye plays a large role. If you need assistance on sizing or legging adjustments, please contact our customer service team.
SECTION 23 - REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Mobile App at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Mobile App. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion.
SECTION 24 - AFFILIATE SUPPORT CODES
LEGGANCE has a group of affiliates that each have a support code to promote. Support codes can be used at checkout and will be tagged on the order that's placed. Currently, support codes are solely to support an affiliate, and are not discount codes. Only one support code can be used per order, meaning two affiliates can't get credit for that order. The affiliate of each support code earns a percentage commission at the end of each month depending on how many codes were used at checkout. Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from LEGGANCE for LEGGANCE. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with LEGGANCE. LEGGANCE reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. LEGGANCE also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from LEGGANCE again, just sign up as you did the first time and LEGGANCE will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at contact@leggance.com. Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. SECTION 26 - TAGS AND PACKAGING SAFETY
We are committed to delivering quality products while prioritizing the safety of our customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully before using our products and disposing of packaging materials.
Packaging Information: LEGGANCE products are shipped in secure packaging designed for protection. Each product is additionally enclosed in individual bags to ensure its safety. While our packaging materials are designed with durability in mind, we recommend handling them with care.
General Safety: Customers are advised to use all LEGGANCE products responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose. Please exercise caution when opening shipping and product bags to avoid damage to the contents or potential injury.
Disclaimer of Liability: LEGGANCE shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the proper or improper use, misuse, or handling of our products and packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries related to opening packaging or dealing with attachments such as strings, safety pins, or similar elements on our garments.
Product Use and Packaging Disposal: Customers assume full responsibility for the safe use of LEGGANCE products and the proper disposal of packaging materials. It is essential to use products and dispose of packaging in a manner that aligns with their design and intended use.
Removal of Attachments: We recommend that customers exercise caution when removing any tags, safety pins, or other attachments from LEGGANCE products. To avoid injury, please carefully cut plastic tag fasteners or gently unpin safety pins.
Children's Safety: Special caution should be exercised when using or disposing of LEGGANCE products and packaging, especially around children. Packaging materials, small parts, strings, and other attachments can pose a choking hazard or lead to other injuries.
Reporting Safety Concerns: We encourage customers to promptly report any safety concerns or incidents related to LEGGANCE products or packaging to contact@LEGGANCE.com. We are committed to addressing such concerns thoroughly and swiftly.

SECTION 27 - THIRD PARTY SHIPPING RECEIVERS
LEGGANCE ships products to a wide range of destinations, accommodating various customer preferences. However, it is essential for our customers to understand our policy regarding shipments to third-party shipping receivers, including but not limited to freight forwarders, shipping, and parcel forwarding services.
We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Once an order has been successfully delivered to the specified third-party shipping receiver, LEGGANCE’s responsibility for the shipment ends. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
- Loss or damage incurred after the initial delivery to the third-party receiver.
- Additional handling, repackaging, or forwarding performed by the third-party receiver.
Customers are advised to thoroughly verify the reputation and service quality of any third-party shipping receiver before use. We recommend purchasing additional insurance through the third-party receiver to protect against potential loss or damage after the initial delivery. We also recommend to ensure clear and direct communication with the third-party receiver regarding the handling and forwarding of your packages to avoid potential issues. By placing an order with LEGGANCE and choosing to have the merchandise sent to a third-party shipping receiver, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. LEGGANCE strives to provide the best possible service and product quality directly to our customers. However, the assurance of service quality beyond our initial delivery commitment cannot be guaranteed when third-party receivers are involved.
